This series is a celebration of The Wild Apes of Africa.

I can vividly recall the moment my partner shared with me that he was sending me to the Bwindi National Park in Uganda to trek with the mountain Gorillas. No words could possibly express the emotions that came over me. Being on my bucket list, I never thought I would have the privilege of having such a remarkable life experience as this at such a young age. A photographer's dream come true.
