Proper care is essential for preserving the quality of your fine art prints. Here are some care instructions to follow:

1. Handling: Handle the print with extreme care to avoid damaging the delicate archival paper. It's best to minimize direct contact with the print to prevent smudges, fingerprints, or creases. When handling the print, it's recommended to wear white cotton gloves to prevent oils and dirt from coming into contact with the paper surface.

2. Unrolling: Avoid unrolling the print from its artwork tube by yourself, as this can result in accidental damage. Take the print to a professional framer who is experienced in handling and framing delicate artworks. They have the expertise and tools to ensure that the print is safely unrolled and prepared for framing without causing any harm.

3. Storage: Store the print in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent fading and deterioration. If the print needs to be stored for an extended period, ensure it's kept flat or rolled with archival materials to maintain its pristine condition.

4. Cleaning: If the print gathers dust or dirt, it's best to consult with a professional conservator or framer for cleaning. Avoid using regular cleaning products or water, as these can cause irreparable damage to the print.

PRINT INFORMATION

  • LIMITED EDITION PRINTS

    All artworks are hand-signed giclee prints, printed on high-quality fine art archival paper or canvas. This 100% cotton paper has a fine homogeneous surface texture (smooth). Being absolutely acid-free and characterised by a neutral PH value, the paper is extremely resistant to ageing and is very light-stable. The print results of this medium meet the highest artistic standards.

  • CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

    All-limited edition prints are signed, numbered, and come with a Certificate of Authenticity complete with detailed information about the work such as the title and edition number.

    The Certificate of Authenticity ensures that your print is an original. It should be stored somewhere safe, preferably separate from the artwork.

  • RETURNS

    Every piece is made to order just for you. As a result, all orders are final as soon as they are placed.

    We currently offer framing for South African customers only. If you are shipping to an address outside of South Africa, please contact us.

  • HIGH QUALITY FRAMING

    All prints are dry mounted to acid-free foam board using the best archival materials available. Framed works come equipped with hanging hardware, clear bumpers, and a protective paperback finish.

  • PREMIUM WOOD FRAMES

    Our elegant, minimalistic and modern wood frames come in a Natural Kiaat or White matte finished. Made in the South Africa, these are the gallery standard.

  • WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

    The artwork prints are rolled and safely packaged into art tubes. This way ensuring the prints are kept safe while on their way to you, or until you get your new artwork to the framers. This also makes it easy for you to travel back home with your new print or for us to ship it directly to your front door. 

  • UNFRAMED SHIPPING TIMES

    LOCAL Unframed shipments take one to two weeks to arrive from the date the order is placed.

    INTERNATIONAL Unframed shipments take two to three weeks to arrive from the date the order is placed.

    Prints will be shipped in a tube.

  • FRAMED SHIPPING TIMES

    LOCAL Framed shipments take three to five weeks to arrive from the date the order is placed.

    INTERNATIONAL Unframed shipments take four to six weeks to arrive from the date the order is placed.
